    • Scanned vehicle for related faults and found none. Inspected coolant level and found it adequate. We ran engine to operating temperature for diagnosis and found the thermostat operating normally. We observed the cooing fans are not operating. Accessed wiring to cooing fan module and found good power/ ground to fan module- OK. >>Recommend replace engine cooling fan assembly with new.
    • Tested and found lock button not functioning. >>Recommend replace lock button
    • Tested and found the rear hatch struts have failed.
    • Remove covers and accessories necessary to access, remove, and replace diagnosed faulting cooling fan motor and module with new,. Re assembled vehicle, and verified proper operation.
    • Recharge with R-134 refrigerant. Test system performance.
    • Remove gear selector handle and replace trigger handle with new. Re assembled vehicle and verified proper operation.
    • Remove and replace hatch struts with new. Re assembled vehicle and verified proper operation.
    • Change engine oil and oil filter. Perform basic safety inspection. Lubricate and check chassis. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle. Check for additional needed services and clear service reminder as needed.

    • Remove and replace diagnosed leaking coolant outlet pipes Replenish engine coolant, bleed system, and clear related codes. Test for leaks and proper operation.
    • Remove and replace rear cylinder head water pipe with new during water outlet service.
    • Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: >P0299-00: Turbo/supercharger underboost- History >P0507-00: Idle control system speed higher than expected– History >P0505-22: Idle control system- signal amplitude above maximum- History >P2189-00: System too lean at idle (bank 2)- Intermittent >P2187-00: System too lean at idle (bank 1)- Intermittent Smoke tested intake system and found the crankcase vent valve on the right valve cover has failed, and allowing an air leak. Replaced failed vent valve and cleared related faults.

    • Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: P0128-00: Coolant thermostat (coolant temp below regulating temp)- Intermittent P0308-00: Cylinder 8 misfire detected P0316-00: Misfire detected on startup (first 1000 rev's) P0420-00: Catalyst system efficiency below threshold Testing found the thermostat has failed open. >>Recommend replace faulty / stuck thermostat and retest.
    • We tested and confirmed customer concern. We inspected for cause and found the front brake pads low, and the front rotors are warped .004" >Recommend replace front brakes.
    • Lube, oil, and filter
    • Tested and found no concern with the fuel system. All voltage signals stable during testing.
    • Testing found the module is dropping signals randomly interpreting signals incorrectly by about +15psi Suspect module has failed.
    • Tested and confirmed Tested all rear suspension components and found nothing, Disassembled left rear brakes and found the left rear parking brake failed, and has no pad / has been dragging. >>Will need to replace parking brake parts.
    • Tested and found a failed fuse (#55). We replaced. Found no further concern. May have had a charger overloading socket
    • Remove engine covers and accessories necessary to access, remove, and replace diagnosed failed thermostat with new. Re assemble vehicle, replenish engine coolant, and bleed system. Clear related faults and test for leaks and proper operation
    • Replace front brake pads, sensors, and brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • Remove and replace diagnosed failed parking brake shoes and hardware with new. Re assemble vehicle and test for proper operation.
    • Tested and found we could not verufi concern. Event did not happen during this visit. We scanned the vehicle for related fautls and found none. Suspect fault developing with th rain sensor.
    • Removed and replaced diagnosed faulty tire pressure monitoring module with new. Re assembled vehicle and tested for proper operation.
