    • We drove the vehicle on three separate occasions and we were unable to duplicate the concern. We inspected the front suspension and axles and found no issue at this time. >>Possible transfer case clutch. Recommend monitor conditions of when symptom occurs and report.
    • We checked the charging system and found no issue. We tilted the LF seat to access the battery and load tested at 400 amps and found the battery rebounded to 12.08v which indicates ~60% state of charge. Battery is marginal or better. We performed a capacitance test and found 650 cold cranking amps out of 800 – OK. We scanned all vehicle systems for faults and found two applicable codes stored for the left and right rear exterior door handle touch sensors. Client states that all door handles have been replaced multiple times. >>Recommend check for battery drain and diagnose if possible. Disconnect both rear exterior door handles and check for drain.
    • Change engine oil and oil filter. Perform basic safety inspection. Lubricate and check chassis. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle. Check for additional needed services and clear service reminder as needed.
    • Checked battery drain after sitting over night and found only 45 milliamps – OK. >>Monitor for additional voltage related symptoms, record conditions and report.

    • Check: -Test Drive (clutch, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, noises) -Check basic fluids (engine oil, coolant, washer) -Check for leakage (oil, transmission, differential) -Check battery voltage and alternator output -Inspect cooling system and hose condition -Inspect drive belts -Inspect brake wear -Inspect tire wear -Inspect shocks or struts -Inspect steering assembly and power steering unit -Check clutch adjustment -Inspect door and window operation -Test electrical (fuses, horn, wipers, and washers, radio, heater-A/C, etc.) -Check head lights, turn signals, brake lights, etc. We found that the right front outer CV boot is torn and leaking. The rear tires are at 3mm. Since the vehicle is all wheel drive, all 4 tires will need replacing soon. The steering wheel is slightly off center to the right. Recommend check and adjust alignment after replacing the tires. Both rear shock absorbers are leaking oil. The front brakes are at 30% and the rears brakes are 50%. Due for an air filter replacement
    • Remove and replace right front axle outer CV boot with new. Re assemble vehicle and test for proper operation.
    • Drain old / dirty engine coolant and replenish with new. Bleed system and check for leaks.
