    • Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: P227900 Intake air system leakage Passive/Sporadic P017100 Fuel Trim,Bank1 ,System too Lean Passive/Sporadic P017200 Fuel Trim,Bank1 ,System too Rich Passive/Sporadic P218800 System too rich at idle, Bank 1 Passive/Sporadic Removed engine cover to access ignition system and inspect for cause. Removed and inspected spark plugs and found cylinder #3 appears as overfueling. Tested and determined the cylinder 3 fuel injector has likely started leaking. >>Recommend replace leaking fuel injectors and retest. Cylinder 2 ignition coil failed when removed for diagnosis. We replaced.

    • Tested and confirmed customer concern. Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: 2.1. U026487 Communication with the backup camera is faulty. The message is lost. Current and Stored Event Accessed camera module and tested for power/ground/ signal and determined no power to camera. Accessed trunk wiring and found a broken wire in the trunk hinge. Repaired wire and reset system. Found normal operation restored.
    • Vehicle Passenger Compartment Reset Flexible Service System,b> (FSS) counter in the instrument cluster. Replace dust filter. Horn, headlamp flasher, hazard flasher, turn signals. Warning/indicator lamps, illumination and interior lighting. Exterior lighting including headlamps. Windshield wipers, windshield washer system. Headlamp cleaning system. Check seat belts for damage and proper function. If so equipped: Battery, wet cell; Check acid level, replenish. Check battery condition using "Midtronics MCR 717″ Tester. Engine Compartment Change engine oil and renew filter element. Fully synthetic engine oil Check and correct fluid level: – Engine cooling system, antifreeze and corrosion protection. – Brake system. – Windshield washer. Lubricate catches, safety catch and hinges on engine hood.     • Tested and found no fuel in the left side of fuel tank. Further diagnosis found the fuel leveling portion of the fuel pump not operating, and allowing left side of tank to run dry. We previously made a mistake and replaced fuel tank for this symptom.
    • Remove and replace diagnosed failed fuel pump with new. Re assemble vehicle and verify proper operation.
    • Refund for mistaken fuel tank repair.
