- Remove engine covers to access, remove, and replace diagnosed faulty EVAP system purge valve. Re assemble vehicle, clear related codes, and test for proper operation.
- Scanned vehicle for related codes and found: (068) 44 Solenoid valve, tank ventilation, activation Accessed indicated faulty purge valve and tested power/ground/signal -OK at this time. Tested resistance through solenoid and found it excessive. Valve does not appear visibly damaged, and likely failed internally. >>Recommend replace indicated faulty purge valve and retest.
